Supplier quotation lists Toilet, acrylic washbasin, hand shower, overhead shower, shelf, warm-air unit and lighting. Exact inclusions vary by model and must be written into the order confirmation. Structure Base: SMC material (fiber, resin and polymer), compression-molded as one piece at high temperature. All frames: aluminum alloy. Walls: reinforced insulated panel or reinforced plastic-steel. Entrance door: tempered frosted glass. The supplier quotation also states ‘3C explosion-resistant glass’; the applicable certificate and model must be confirmed for the order. How the loading estimate is calculated Planning estimate uses 85% of nominal dry-container capacity: 20' 33.2 m³, 40' 67.7 m³ and 40' high cube 76.4 m³. Actual quantity depends on selected configuration, packing dimensions, accessories, stacking method, container model, route and weight limits. Confirm the final loading plan before shipment. Verify container capacities at Maersk ↗Payment & pre-shipment inspection All orders are paid before shipment. A deposit can start production; inspect at the factory or by live video before shipment, then pay the remaining balance in full before dispatch. Height, wall thickness & customization Standard product height: 2.28 m. Standard wall panel thickness: 2 cm; 5 cm panels require a separate quote. Wall options include window-frame-like PVC plastic-steel and insulated panels; stainless steel, aluminum alloy and foam interlayer materials may be used depending on the selected structure. All 18 pages are shown together to preserve context. This is a commissioned test report for one submitted ‘Yulanhua’ modular bathroom sample, not a product certification or a claim for every model or current batch.
The report records that the submitted complete sample passed the listed checks. Page 17 records B1(B) for the submitted SMC base, wall and roof samples, and A1(A) for the submitted color-steel roof sample. Results apply only to the submitted samples; model and grade fields were blank.
That report expressly prohibits advertising use without the testing company’s written permission. Its scans are therefore not published here. Request the complete document privately and verify permission, material identity and the current production batch.
